Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor (B.A, B.S.S, B.com, B.Sc) in Social Sciences or other relevant subject from any recognised university/ institution with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing centre operation plans and other institutional activities
∎ Ensuring adequate training facilities
∎ Marketing for learners enrolment
∎ Ensure employment of the learners
∎ Keeping centre fully functioning
∎ Supervising all staffs in the centre
∎ Arranging necessary training equipment
∎ Ensuring trainees progress chart is installed in the workshop
∎ Ensuring the post of occupational health and safety signage, rules and regulations
∎ Record books for learners
∎ Maintain all stock register
∎ Coordinate and develop network with different institute activities and industries
∎ Prepare trainers for summative assessment for recognition of their learning
∎ Prepare all promotional materials
∎ Support other staffs for admission and job placement of trainees
∎ Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to the candidate having previous work experience in running training institution, marketing and/or placement sectors
