Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ Graduate in any discipline with reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Basic Computer skills., Teamworking skills
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To update patient bills accordingly. All services rendered to the patient shall be billed and updated into the HITS.
∎ To ensure that submission of bills are within the stipulated period and complete with all supporting documents.
∎ To keep track the outstanding bills in weekly basis and follow up the status of outstanding bills with the respective units.
∎ To send the statement of accounts to corporate clients and prepare the statement of reconciliation on a monthly basis.
∎ To follow up through phone calls or company visits on the status of payment.
∎ To ensure any dispute or enquiry raised by the corporate client must be addressed and resolved perfectly.
∎ To attend all phone calls, e-mail, or letters sent by corporate clients.
∎ To open receipt and allocate correctly according to the payment voucher received from corporate clients on a timely basis.
∎ To adhere to billing policy
∎ Supports and assists Accountant / Finance Manager / Business Office Officer in making the most effective and efficient supplies and services.
∎ Any related assigned task as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in Cash/ Billing activities
∎ Willing to work in shift.
∎ Good communication skills and proficiency in English are preferable.
∎ Must have a good command of MS Word, Excel, and Typing both Bengali & English.
∎ Remain prepared for the MS Word Typing speed test as the basic requirement.
