∎ AMZ Hospital Ltd is envisions a network of quality, patient-centered one-stop outpatient and Inpatient health centers offering family doctors, including women`s health, outpatient department with visiting specialists, comprehensive diagnostic lab, including advanced imaging, and pharmacy.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (North Badda)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role of Cash Point Executive is to ensure overall customer service and to gain customer satisfaction of inpatient and Out-Patient Areas. The purpose of the job is to provide assistance to consultants as well as patients in terms of consultation, investigation, procedure Billing etc. The CPE will be responsible for multitasking, cross functional customer care activities & should be available to work in flexible shifting hours. The role requires effective communication & good management skill to deal with diversified customer as well as provide guideline to valued customers in order to ensure service excellence
∎ Greet all guests with appropriate manners & curtsey and arrange pre-consultation requirements as necessary
∎ Address all individuals courteously by their given name or by sir and madam (as appropriate)
∎ Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments.
∎ Ensure effective and smooth coordination between consultant, the inpatient and outpatient (with / without appointment, follow up etc) as well as manage all operational activities of the respective clinic(s), specialty with quality service in line with AMZ policies.
∎ Captures patient information in the Hospital Information System (HIS) for patient registration, appointment scheduling and billing.
∎ Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patients' arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, reminding provider of service delays, Guide the patients regarding investigation, medication & follow-up visit
∎ Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties and answering patients' questions.
∎ Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
∎ Handle complaints, customers' requests and channels them to the right person when required.
∎ Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
∎ Actively engage in activities beyond job scope to improve patient experience at AMZ.
∎ Provide information on related consultant's profiles, visiting hours, tariffs and assist patients in terms of preparation for investigation, procedure etc.
∎ Promote AMZ services by providing marketing communication materials to customers.
∎ Be updated with the latest information on different facilities and tariffs and persuade patients' politely to avail diagnostics and medication facilities from AMZ.
∎ Carry out reconciliation at the end of the shift to hand over to the cash manager of the facility.
∎ Services Management:
∎ Communicating effectively with staff at all levels.
∎ Communicating effectively with patients and ensuring support services.
∎ Address any operational issues that require intervention/coordination.
∎ Coordinate technical assistance to patient in terms of basic medical knowledge and applications
∎ Oversee patient care flow while redirecting and allocating resources
∎ Communicate pertinent information (verbal and/or electronic) in a timely manner to hospital administration/ HOD.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 0 -2 years of experience
∎ Preferably in Healthcare industry experience.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with high level of emotional intelligence
∎ Outstanding negotiating skills.
∎ Should be comfortable giving and receiving criticism, asking a lot of questions, and taking ownership.
∎ Team player with leadership qualities
∎ Be able to demonstrate Planning & Organizing and People skills
∎ Honest
∎ Service orientation

∎ Team work
∎ Resilience
∎ Advanced level PC skills particularly in MS Excel and Word.
∎ Experienced in working in HIS System or Software
