∎ Greeting and welcoming visitors courteously and professionally.Managing incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
∎ Assisting with general inquiries and providing information about the company’s services.
∎ Maintaining a neat and organized reception area.
∎ Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
∎ Coordinating appointments and meetings for the office.
∎ Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
∎ Keeping records of visitors and appointments.
∎ Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
∎ Receiving customer queries and forwarding them to concerned department.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to the institution's overall success.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to position our products/services effectively.
∎ Knowledge about Freelancing market place & course info.
