Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are a fast-growing education company offering a wide range of online and offline professional courses. As a TeleSales Executive, you will be responsible for driving course sales by reaching out to prospective learners over the phone.
∎ This role requires excellent communication and persuasion skills to present course benefits, build trust, handle inquiries, and convert leads into successful sales across all courses.

∎ 🟢 Job Responsibilities
∎ ✅ Make daily outbound calls to potential students and sell the courses effectively.
∎ ✅ Provide clear and convincing information about course features, benefits, pricing, and enrollment procedures.
∎ ✅ Actively persuade and motivate leads to complete the purchase process.
∎ ✅ Handle queries, objections, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner to build rapport and close sales.
∎ ✅ Follow up regularly with interested leads to ensure successful enrollment conversions.
∎ ✅ Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries
∎ ✅ Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets for all courses.
∎ ✅ Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve performance and campaign effectiveness.
∎ ✅ Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to the supervisor.
