∎ Knowledge on survey work through digital tools.
∎ Communication skill in Rohingya, Chittagonian and Bangali.
∎ The experienced and appropriate candidates from Hnilla & Whykong Union under Teknaf Upazila will get preferable.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for follow up and monitor the project participants regularly.
∎ Responsible for implementing economic empowerment related planning, resource mobilization and capacity building for the most marginalized young women and men.
∎ Ensure that the project activities are implemented and executed and delivered timely to ensure the sustainability.
∎ Responsible for conducting market assessment to ensure access appropriate, market-specific income sources of Youths and young adults.
∎ Assisting Field Officer and Technical Officer (SOYEE) to develop Individual Action Plan (IAP), Family Development Plan (FDP) and Business Development Plan (BDP) and developed based on market analysis.
∎ Organize work readiness skills and vocational training for youth to ensure targeted youth received basic interpersonal skills and work readiness skills.
∎ Facilitating youth engagement in decent economic activities through skill development initiatives.
∎ Responsible to ensure number youth received cash/kind support to start-up small scale business enterprises and youth got opportunities of apprenticeship in private sector.
∎ Arrange necessary resources for the project and utilize them efficiently for implementation in line with the budgets and value for money is ensured within the project.
∎ Collecting regular monitoring information related to the project, documentation and assist Field Officer (SOYEE) in analyzing the information and drawing possible conclusions and disseminating findings.
∎ Continuously monitor changes in the context to guide the directions of the project coordinator, particularly with regards to the transfer of basic services to the vulnerable people.
∎ Help to prepare periodic and annual progress report on project activities specially focused on project component.
∎ Identifies best learning at implementation documents and shares to feed into the overall project on advocacy issues;
∎ Represents YPSA & Plan International at the local level network to promote YPSA & Plan’s profile and scale-up of Plan’s program in the program areas.
∎ Responsible for coordination and Communication with the project participants, and also with the stakeholders
∎ Regular Activity Follow up and finding Gap and provide support following the guidelines in proper implementation.
∎ Support Field Officer, Technical Officer SOYEE/MEAL officer on methodology and tool for assessment. if needed
∎ Having good knowledge on PRA tools and also conduct PRA session in the project location.
∎ Expertise required on different kinds of survey.
∎ Young Power in Social Action (YPSA) is an organization for sustainable development working in the greater Chattogram division including Chattogram Hill Tracts (CHT) since 1985 (International Youth Year). YPSA is implementing a project titled “Youth from Host Communities and Rohingya Camps in Cox’s Bazar as Agents of Change” project (YPSA-YHCRCCAC Project)” at Teknaf in Cox’s Bazar. The project is being implemented with fund from the Federal German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and technical support from “Plan International Bangladesh”.
