Job Context:
∎ As a Call Centre Executive for E-commerce, he or she will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing support for all aspects of e-commerce transactions. He or she will interact with customers over the phone, email or chat, ensuring they have a positive experience with the brand and resolve their issues in a timely and effective manner. Additionally, he or she will also provide insights and feedback to improve the customer experience and operations.
∎ Full-Time (Retail standard 10am to 7.00pm and Holiday will be Sunday)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and support requests over phone, email or chat in a timely and efficient manner
∎ Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively, identifying the customer's needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
∎ Handle order processing, cancellations, returns and refunds, and other transaction-related tasks.
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and feedback in the CRM system.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including fulfillment, logistics, and finance, to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of orders.
∎ Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience and recommend solutions to management.
∎ Keep up-to-date with product information, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
∎ Adhere to company policies, procedures and standards of professionalism.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
∎ Experience with Genex Infosys Ltd, Digicon Technologies Ltd are highly encouraged to apply

∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 17000 (Monthly)
