Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Masters degree will be preferred.
∎ More education or experience in a related field may be preferred.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Call Center Training
∎ Skills Required: Call Centre Supervision/ Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Call centre training

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs.
∎ Accomplishes call center human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; administering scheduling systems
∎ Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
∎ Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed.
∎ Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
∎ Answering Doctor’s and Patient’s questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues.
∎ Develops call center systems by developing customer interaction and voice response systems and voice networks.
∎ Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing call center goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company products, services, and policies.
∎ Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate call center employees.
∎ Decisiveness and attention to detail.
∎ Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.
∎ Polite, professional phone voice.

Salary: Negotiable
