We are looking for a Call Center Representative with good phone and verbal communication skills in English, along with active listening.

Job Location: House 309, Road 3 Adabor Main Rd, Baitul Aman Housing Society, Mohammadpur, Dhaka-1207, Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow communication scripts.

• Provide information about service features, prices, etc.

• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close appointments.

• Identify customer needs, clarify information.

• Maintaining communication through Email and Skype.

• Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays.

• Salary Review: Half Yearly.

• Festival Bonus: 1

• Attendance Bonus 2000 Tk.

• Transportation Allowance 1000 Tk after 6 months of employment.

• Free snacks and coffee.

• Telemarketing training will be provided without fees.
