Additional Requirements:
01 year working experience in Call center will be given preference.
Candidate will Provide support to the clients from call centres over telephone on SRH Rights issues, i.e. Family Planning, Menstrual Regulation/MRM.
Candidate should be polite, nice voice tone, active listener & cordial with client.
Computer proficiency will be given preference.
Good communication skills in Bengali.
