• Experience in call centers preferred
• Freshers with strong speaking skills may also apply

Call Center Agent

Part-Time / Fulltime (Male + Muslim Only)

Office Location: Aftab Nagar (Applicants must be from nearby areas: Badda / Rampura / Banasree / Aftab Nagar)

Job Context:

We are looking for smart, dedicated, and communicative male individuals for our Call Center in Aftab Nagar.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle every client with sincerity and care
• Manage both outbound/inbound calls to customers nationwide
• Telesales, Telemarketing & Appointment setting
• Convince clients effectively and maintain a strong sales pitch
• Maintain a proper client database
• Fulfill daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Prepare reports and follow daily work plans
• Handle critical conversations gently and professionally
• Fully mange the business .

Employment Status: Part-Time (6–7 hours)

Duty Slot Options: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 2:00/3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2
Commission on sales. For fulltime 12000 1 day weekly off 6000 BDT/month (Based on 30 working days)+ Attractive Commissions
