Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work from 10pm to 6am Bangladesh time.
∎ Ability to sell and communicate with offshore clients over phone.
∎ Ability to troubleshoot common PC problems.
∎ Proficiency in market research and finding new customers.
∎ Manageability of customer queries and forwarding to proper channels.
∎ Accustomedness with ZenDesk Management will get preference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent in spoken and written English.
∎ Strong command over Microsoft Word and Excel.
∎ IELTS/TOEFL scorers will get preference.
∎ Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales or call center. May be lifted for fitting candidate.
