Job Responsibilities:
∎ Stakeholder of all reports visibility, correctness, analysis and make them readily available.
∎ Owner of investment visibility, coordinate with supporting departments for 360-degree information from all stakeholders.
∎ Sales growth hacking: analyze data to bring visibility of retail counts and growth, upsell and cross-sale, turn, aarot CM2, non-performing WC, bad-turns.
∎ Revenue hacking. Compare products availability and price of different aarots and suggest purchase decisions.
∎ Own your number. Understand, control, and approve opex and other expenses as per business policy.
∎ Internal and external all kinds of report presentation and validation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be a good process developer. Previous SOP development and supervision of implementation experience is a PLUS.
