Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate new business leads through research, networking, cold calling and outreach efforts
∎ Make introductory calls / approaches to relevant heads of department /senior management in the marketing department internationally with the aim of booking as many meetings as possible.
∎ Identify target industries and companies and develop a comprehensive understanding of their needs and challenges.
∎ Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their business goals and challenges.
∎ Develop and deliver persuasive pitches and proposals that clearly articulate the value of agency services and how they can meet clients' needs.
∎ Travel to assigned locations to build relationships with the potential candidates. Regular client meetings.
∎ Negotiate and close deals with clients, including contract negotiation and pricing.
∎ Collaborate with the agency's digital marketing teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
∎ Manage ongoing client relationships, ensuring that their needs are being met and that they are satisfied with the agency's services.
∎ Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including emerging trends, technologies, and best practices.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry news and developments and share insights and recommendations with the broader team.
∎ Meet or exceed revenue targets (KPI)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
∎ 0-1 years' experience (Freshers are highly encouraged)
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
∎ Working Days and Time: 5 days a week (Sunday-Thursday) (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
∎ Job Location: Dhaka-1212, Baridhara, Block-J, Progati Sarani
Salary: Negotiable
