Responsibilities & Context:

Credilit Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to expand our client base, strengthen relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our international business credit reporting services, identifying new market opportunities, and supporting the company’s strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in import-export, banking, and corporate sectors

  • Promote Credilit Limited’s business credit reporting services to potential clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, risks, and new opportunities

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and service demonstrations

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of reports and client satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions

  • Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Good understanding of international trade, import-export, or financial services (preferred)

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Fluency in English and Bangla
