Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Proactively update to Business Development Manager on the progress of vendor & category
∎ performance
∎ • Weekly review of category performance in terms of sales value, Volume, Stock & profit.
∎ • Weekly vendor analysis and gap review and create a clear onboarding plan for a new and
∎ deactivation plan for exit vendors
∎ • Ensure vendor sourcing in line with business plan and brand strategy
∎ • Proactive communication with existing vendors for new product opportunity
∎ • Negotiate the best terms and conditions for the vendor, with a favourable vendor payment
∎ and seller price.
∎ • Ensure that the website is updated according to Content & Audit WOW and receive an
∎ updated product and stock list.
∎ • Produce weekly performance reports for categories and vendors throughout the business.
∎ • Help the business development manager and marketing team obtain the latest market
∎ update and share ideas.
∎ • Ensure that there is strong collaboration between vendors and marketing team to produce
∎ an excellent joint promotion plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
