∎ Position: Business Development Office- Multi Product
∎ Job Location: Dhaka, Bagura, Chattogram, Cumilla, Dhanmondi, Faridpur, Gazipur, Jashore, Barishal, Khulna, Motijheel, Mymensingh, Narayanganj, Rangpur, Sylhet, Uttara.
∎ Organization: Financial Limited.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential clients and achieve sales target of liability within assigned territory.
∎ Maintain strong customer relationship with both existing & potential customers and provide good customer service.
∎ Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers.
∎ Manage and control Non-Performing Asset (NPA) overdue prudently
∎ Liaise with supervisor/ other support departments for processing files and approval. Remain aware of retail products and their features.
∎ Manage overdue prudently.
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer experience.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 or 2 years in relevant field is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Experience of selling Retail Products.
∎ Customer handling capacity.
∎ Sales target driven.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Teamwork.
∎ Interpersonal Skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in Computer (MS Office, Excel, Power Point, Email) mandatory.

Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary for this position is BDT 15,000 to 26,000 (Negotiable)
