Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on product line up and customer network.
∎ Preparing appropriate promotional plans and strategies on assigned product.
∎ Prepare short and long term sales forecast and marketing plans on assigned products.
∎ Generate innovative ideas in changing and developing promotional strategies and programs.
∎ Develop product positioning, marketing & pricing strategy.
∎ Providing required inputs in the process of a new product development and to bring changes on the existing products.
∎ Monitor distribution situation of assigned products and their samples and take corrective measures where necessary.
∎ Collect and analyse feedback from customers and other stakeholders. Reshape requirements, features and products.
∎ Identify area of growth and create strategic plans to increase market share.
∎ Maintain liaison with principal for more information on product development and promotional support.
∎ Make regular field visits and identify business prospect.
∎ Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 06 – 08 years of relevant experience in marketing of tyre business.
∎ Strategic thinking & leadership capability.
∎ Strong planning & presentation skill.
∎ Entrepreneurial mind-set.
