Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Core Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
∎ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
∎ Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
∎ Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
∎ Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
∎ Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
∎ Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
∎ Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
∎ Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
∎ Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
∎ Attending conferences and industry events.
∎ 2. Project Management Responsibilities:
∎ To lead and manage project’s to ensure skill development training.
∎ Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support successful implementation of the strategic plan in collaboration with Country Director and team leads.
∎ Plan, execute, and facilitate the project interventions strictly according to the approved plan, budget and time-frame.
∎ Define, collect, and monitor implementation metrics, including key performance indicators, fidelity, and efficacy metrics.
∎ Manage resources and coordinate efforts of the team members to deliver the projects effectively and efficiently.
∎ Ensure that the project meets the stipulated and expected results of the project by overseeing the quality control of the whole project cycle.
∎ Ensure teamwork for achieving the project target effectively by promoting team spirit as well as by controlling and leading the project staff.
∎ Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures across the department for building peaceful working environment.
∎ Monitor and manage the project schedule to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, making necessary adjustments and directing project resources accordingly.
∎ Use data and metrics to inform project planning and to facilitate strategic decision-making.
∎ Proactively disseminate project information to all stakeholders, including data, reports, and project dashboards.
∎ 3. Risk Management and Problem Solving:
∎ Manage day to day project operation following approved and agreed policy and procedure accordingly. Ensure project activities are on track, including developing and implementing solutions as necessary.
∎ Identify, address, and resolve project issues.
∎ Identify, manage and mitigate project risks.
∎ Provide expertise in best practices related to project management, resource allocation, problem solving, and process development.
∎ Maintain project transparency and accountability
∎ 4. External Coordination and Communication:
∎ Responsible for dealing project that build on the successes, lessons learned and needs assessments of this project and/or share new ideas for next phase of this project.
∎ Represent CTBD in coordination meetings, working groups, external relationships, workshops, etc.
∎ 5. Company Norms & Coordination Support:
∎ Recognizes and responds appropriately to the ideas, interests and concerns of others, and give duly credit to other people’s ideas and suggestions.
∎ Ability to work with people from different background and cultural customs. High moral integrity, as well as diplomacy, impartiality and discretion with proven ability to work and act with discretion in a politically sensitive and challenging environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4 years leadership and professional experience in Project Management of IT based or education based project and as well as proficiency in project management techniques and tools required.
∎ Experience with strategic planning processes required.
∎ Experience in working in consortium and external representation including with donors and education coordination meetings.
∎ Experience in educational or IT based educational project will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
