• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Must have good English communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Drive end-to-end business development and sales for ERP / Software solutions.

• Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable ERP solutions.

• Prepare proposals, commercials, and respond to RFP/RFQs.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.

• Develop go-to-market plans for products and industries.

• Maintain sales pipeline and revenue forecasts.

• Collaborate with pre-sales, consulting, delivery, and marketing teams.

• Ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation.

• Support marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns.
