Job Context

This role supports SBU growth by identifying new business opportunities, tracking key KPIs, and ensuring smooth execution of BD activities. It provides performance insights, resolves operational issues, and maintains strong coordination between teams and leadership.
Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base

• Track and monitor SBUs’ KPIs: Sales, Orders, and Team Performance

• Identify performance gaps and recommend process improvements

• Support BD strategies, reporting, and business expansion plans

• Maintain daily workflow, resolve issues, and ensure timely execution

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI dashboards

• Maintain strong communication between teams and leadership
