Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
∎ Developing and strategic partnerships, implementing and monitoring of the stakeholder engagement for building up the organizations capability to work in partnership to generate revenue for the company.
∎ Brainstorming with business development team to create business growth and new project strategies.
∎ Assist achieving goals for the development team and ensure business growth
∎ Building trust and long-term relationships with clients
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Other Responsibilities given by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven track record in developing business
∎ Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with other senior management throughout the company
∎ Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: Tk. 18000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
