- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities & Context: Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Managing marketing budgets effectively to ensure ROI optimization.
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
Campaign Management:
- Designing, executing, and monitoring targeted digital marketing campaigns based on client needs & requirements.
- Overseeing content creation, including blogs, ads, social media posts, and website copy.
- Conducting market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Analytics:
- Analyzing campaign performance using relevant tech tools and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
- Generate and present service reports regularly based on optimized time-frequency.
Brand Growth & Management:
- Strengthening World IT's online presence and global brand image.
- Driving lead generation and customer acquisition strategies to support sales goals.
- Creating high-value, thought-leadership content like whitepapers, blogs, and case studies to establish expertise in the digital marketing field.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Leading, training and mentoring the digital marketing team to achieve performance goals.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and video editors to produce what the audience wants and high quality engaging organic digital content.
- Setting KPIs for team members and monitoring their progress.
