Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Construct operating mechanisms that drive software sales.
∎ Quickly test new ideas, combining data and insight to learn and innovate rapidly.
∎ Execute sales with focus on developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and driving profit targets.
∎ Build campaigns, manage events, partnerships and utilize various lead generation techniques to open doors for communication.
∎ Pre-sales activities - Generate sales leads (prospects), making telecalls to prospects, giving product demo.
∎ Post-sales activities - check customer experience & ensure customer delight.
∎ Manage daily reporting
∎ Work with other departments to drive Marketing strategies, Lead generation plans and Product strategies.
∎ Graduates/Post Graduates (preferably business graduates)
∎ Good understanding of the marketing theories and concepts.
∎ Good understanding of business process.
∎ Problem solving skills to convert a business problem/situation to opportunity by mapping product feature with business requirements.
∎ Experience of giving software demo, installation & training to clients.
∎ Good knowledge in MS-Office (Excel & word), presentation skills and other similar productivity tools
∎ Fair understanding of the technology landscape
∎ Minimum experience in tele-calling/office management.
