∎ Develop and execute strategies to expand business in international markets through effective use of international purchase and contracting portals.
∎ Manage the entire international purchasing process, including drafting and negotiating contracts and purchase agreements.
∎ Review and interpret complex international business documents, including contracts, purchase orders, and trade agreements.
∎ Draft, edit, and review business proposals, contracts, and agreements in English for international stakeholders.
∎ Collaborate with international clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth business operations and compliance with global regulations.
∎ Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to optimize import/export processes, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
