We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing professional with a strong background in Microbiology, particularly in Blood Culture and Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (AST). The ideal candidate should have both technical knowledge and commercial skills to promote microbiology diagnostic products and support business growth across hospitals and laboratories in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and market Blood Culture and AST diagnostic systems and reagents to hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare institutions.

• Identify new customers, generate leads, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with microbiology professionals.

• Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), pathologists, and lab technologists.

• Coordinate with the service and application support teams for customer satisfaction.

• Prepare regular market reports, competitor analysis, and business forecasts.

• Participate in seminars, exhibitions, and workshops related to microbiology and diagnostics.
