Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
∎ Identify and research potential clients to develop strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
∎ Onboard new factories and negotiate contract terms with clients.
∎ Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
∎ Partnership Development:
∎ Identify, research, and onboard potential partner organizations, including foundations, corporations, government agencies, and nonprofit entities that align with our mission and objectives.
∎ Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners to support mutual goals.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, funding opportunities, and best practices in partnership development, and integrate new insights and innovations into our approach.
∎ Marketing and Branding:
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and brand team to develop and implement organizational strategies and plans.
∎ Design and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers to the shop.
∎ Represent the company in various forums and ensure excellent service and communication with partners.
∎ Presentations and Proposals:
∎ Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients to create successful partnerships and conversions.
∎ Coordinate with the operations team to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
∎ Process and Policy Implementation:
∎ Create and implement processes and policies to support business development and acquisition.
∎ Ensure that all business development activities are aligned with company goals and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Budget Management:
∎ Create and manage yearly, quarterly, and monthly budgets to support the execution of business expansion plans.
∎ Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
∎ Reporting and Analysis:
∎ Provide regular reports on business development and marketing activities, including progress against targets and KPIs.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
