∎ SAHCO international limited is looking for a professional Business Correspondence Specialist to manage all official communications of the company. In this regard, the incumbent will be responsible for receiving, processing and reporting all incoming communications to the relevant officers as well as drafting appropriate responses and outgoing communications with the advice of senior officers.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining official correspondence with International Companies and Government Organizations.
∎ Communications will need to be maintained over phone, text, e-mail, formal written letters and in person at the head office or on site.
∎ Must work closely with the IT, engineering and management teams to process the content of messages being sent and received.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The incumbent should have some experience working in any written media.
∎ Required Skills & Qualifications:
∎ Must have high proficiency in English and knowledge of formal correspondence style and etiquette.
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and timeline
