Responsibilities & Context:
Perform data analysis on operational and commercial datasets to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and interactive reports that track KPIs, SLAs, and business performance.
Create reusable Excel models using PivotTables, Power Query, formulas, and macros to support ad hoc analysis and forecasting.
Translate business questions into data requirements and deliver clear, repeatable analyses for operations, sales, and finance.
Work closely with freight forwarding and logistics teams to validate data, interpret operational metrics, and recommend practical process improvements.
Prepare concise presentations and written summaries for non-technical stakeholders and mid level management.
Contribute to automation and process improvement by identifying routine tasks that can be streamlined with analytics or simple scripting.
