Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field (MBA preferred).
∎ A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
∎ Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role with a strong understanding of business processes and data analysis.
∎ The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
∎ Strong understanding of business development processes, market research, client relations and business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Agile).
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to think strategically and implement business ideas effectively.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, sales) to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
∎ Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients.
