Responsibilities & Context:

Nagorik Architecture & Construction is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Budget and Costing Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior works budgeting and public-private tender processing. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of construction costs, materials, and project management. 

Key Responsibilities:        

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior design and construction projects.        

• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.    

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure cost-effective solutions.        

• Process and manage public and private tender documents, ensuring compliance with requirements.     

• Evaluate and compare vendor and supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing.      

• Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.      

• Maintain a database of cost estimates and tender documents for future reference.       

• Ensure all estimates and tender submissions are completed within deadlines.
