∎ Minimum graduate in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and deliver International School Award (ISA) workshops in any districts of Bangladesh, where the Connecting Classrooms Programme will be implemented. The training dates will be agreed in advance with the Project Managers of British Council. Ensure that all workshops for teachers are delivered with high-quality input.
∎ Arrange local workshops to support schools for ISA, Schools Partnership, digital resources, national/international partnership projects, etc.
∎ Support, monitor and mentor schools to implement their projects, provide advice and to encourage collaboration in project activities.
∎ If required, communicate to local Govt officials as advised by the Project Managers of British Council.
∎ Promote and encourage schools to register and make appropriate use of resources on the British Council's Digital Platform.
∎ Support the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) process of the Connecting Classrooms programme through Data collection, Data input, school visit, delivery of M&E training etc as advised by the Project Managers of British Council.
∎ Provide support and mentoring to other Ambassadors with development needs in the country. This might include telephone and email support or co-delivering workshops to help model best practice and share knowledge and experience.
∎ As required by the British Council, take part in additional face-to-face/online quality assurance and professional development workshops. The dates and venues of these workshops will be decided by the British Council.
∎ Participate in feedback/review sessions following observation of sessions delivered and act on feedback as required.
∎ Maintain clear and transparent records of all activities completed and to report to the British Council within one week of activity completion or as agreed in advance with the Project Managers of British Council.
∎ Each School Ambassador activity will be monitored by the British Council through their report, feedback from the teachers/students, school visit, Phone/email communication with schools etc.
∎ Other than these, British Council can offer the School Ambassadors some occasional works. For instance, support in organisation of an event, representation at an exhibition and/or seminar/conference, Development of a product/material, taking part in research work, Assessment and Evaluation of British Council projects/products or other activity of an equivalent level as agreed in advance with the British Council.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in Education sector of Bangladesh as a professional
∎ Experience of delivering professional training
∎ Knowledge on Bangladesh NCTB curriculum
∎ Experience of working with ISA, Connecting Classrooms programme
∎ IT skill
∎ English skill
