Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make a standard operating procedure for brand shop.
∎ Follow up the implementation and check of SOP in regional shop.
∎ Plan store inventory and monitor inventory abnormality (Stock management)
∎ Set up the sales target of the regional store.
∎ Achieve the sales target of Brand Shop and follow up the results to ensure maximum output.
∎ Staff planning and assist HRD for recruitment.
∎ Coaching and training of new recruited staff.
∎ Assist shop manager to guide daily operation of the shop and setup their Job Description.
∎ Arrange monthly online exam on own and market leading products.
∎ Assist to deal with all kinds of operation problems in shop.
∎ Regularly visit for monitoring and check physical stock and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
∎ Organize shop opening activities and daily promotion activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
