Brand Communication, Brand Management, Brand Marketing, Brand Promotion
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and direct marketing efforts for a particular brand or product
∎ Create business plan and marketing strategy and monitor proper implementation to ensure that brand objectives are achieved.
∎ Supervise the Brand Team for proper execution of marketing promotional activities with the support of long term strategies.
∎ Conceptualize strategic initiatives and implement details of a campaign
∎ Execute strategies with cross-functional teams
∎ Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies
∎ Manage access to brand assets
∎ Develop brand standards and usage guidelines
∎ Assist integration of campaigns with brand consistency
∎ Track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution, and by conducting consumer research.
∎ Analyze sales data to update a brand or category portfolios determine new products and delete under-performing products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have experience as Brand Manager for at least 3/4 years in any large Manufacturing Group of Companies/Industries.
∎ The Candidate must have experience in Electronics & Print media.
∎ Should have excellent presentation & interpersonal skill.
∎ Fluent in English & Bengali.
∎ The candidate should have excellent skill in PowerPoint presentation.
Salary: Negotiable
