Responsibilities & Context:
Overall Store Operations Management
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store, including opening/closing, cleanliness, safety, and discipline.Sales & Revenue Management
Monitor daily sales, set sales targets, analyze performance, and take initiatives to increase revenue and footfall.Inventory & Stock Control
Maintain optimal stock levels, prevent stock-out and over-stocking, monitor expiry dates, and reduce wastage and pilferage.Staff Management & Supervision
Recruit, train, schedule duties, evaluate performance, and maintain staff discipline and motivation.Customer Service & Complaint Handling
Ensure high-quality customer service, handle customer complaints, and build long-term customer relationships.Purchase & Supplier Coordination
Coordinate with suppliers and distributors for timely procurement, price negotiation, and smooth product availability.Cash & Financial Control
Supervise cash handling, daily cash reconciliation, POS accuracy, expense control, and reporting to head office.Merchandising & Product Display
Ensure proper shelf management, attractive product display, pricing accuracy, and promotion execution.Compliance & Loss Prevention
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and control theft, shrinkage, and fraud.Reporting & Communication with Head Office
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, stock, staff, and issues; communicate operational challenges and suggestions.
