Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters preferably in Social Science/ Business administration from any recognised educational institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Select the targeted programme participants and ensure proper enrollment into the programme through appropriate enterprise options to involve them into Income Generating Activities (IGAs), training, asset transfer and interest free loan disbursement following the programme guideline.
∎ Ensure timely installment collection, savings as per programme rules and regulations from the programme participants and manage financial transaction.
∎ Ensure proper hands on coaching to the participants through home visit to build the enterprise related technical skills, future planning and enhance the soft skills of the participants in order to achieve sustainable development.
∎ Ensure awareness raising education on different health, hygiene and social issues to the programme participants through group visit in order to increase their awareness and boost up their confidence level.
∎ Ensure healthcare services of the programme participants along with their family members following the programme guideline.
∎ Form effective committees in the respective areas named "Village Social Solidarity Committee" and conduct periodic meeting with the committees in order to mobilise different types of resource for the participants.
∎ Continuous follow up, supervision, close monitoring and progress analysis of the programme participants by the team and self in order to graduate them from the extreme poverty level within the programme cycle.
∎ Identify training requirements of the staff and ensure relevant trainings, orientation on time to enhance their technical and operational skill for effective implementation of the progrmame.
∎ Improve staff's operational and technical skills through hands on coaching, mentoring, proper feedback mechanism etc.
∎ Develop different MIS reports and proper documentation to ensure authentic data flow and capturing the progress of the programme activities.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Two years of work experience preferably in poverty and livelihood related interventions.
∎ Conduct effective meeting, ensure administrative discipline, financial management and healthy work environment in order to successful implementation of the programme.
∎ Assist management to bring changes in programme implementation and take proper decision based on the field findings.
