Experience: At least 5-10 years in the insurance industry, including experience in sales, operations, and team management. Previous branch management experience is a strong plus.
Good knowledge of insurance products (life, health, general / non-life), policy underwriting, claims, premium collections.
Strong leadership & people management skills. Ability to inspire, coach, and develop a sales-oriented team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage one of our branches. The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing operations, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Drive branch sales growth: meet or exceed targets for premium collection, new business, renewals, and cross-selling.
Develop and implement business strategies to expand market share within the branch area.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate agents, brokers and branch staff to ensure high performance.
Oversee all branch operations: policy issuance, underwriting (within authority limits), claims processing, premium collection, financial record-keeping.
Manage budgets and financial performance: expenses, profitability, cost control.
Maintain excellent customer service: resolve customer complaints, ensure timely servicing, build strong client relationships.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, company underwriting guidelines, insurance regulations and legal requirements.
Prepare reports for senior management on branch performance, market intelligence, competitor behavior.
Monitor staff performance, set KPIs, conduct performance reviews.
Liaise with head office for guidance, feedback, support, and alignment with company strategy.
