∎ We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Branch Management in compliance with banking laws and practices
∎ The role of Branch Manager will be pervasive in a wide range of activities that ensure smooth functioning of the day-to-day Banking operations and services to the customer.
∎ Core responsibilities will be to achieve Business Target in terms of Liability, Asset & profit through quality business booking and nurturing Customer relationship and thus maintaining a healthy portfolio for the Branch.
∎ Address customer issues and concerns promptly.
∎ Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
∎ Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
∎ Optimize branch P&L and balance sheet performance as well as other financial KPIs through acquiring low-cost liability.
∎ Maintain a high-quality portfolio as per Company's risk appetite and achieve or exceed business targets.
∎ Thorough knowledge & experience in Branch Operations and Management.
∎ Oversee Branch Employee Development through proper learning initiatives. Apply empowerment rules, patronize rewards & recognition programs and career paths for branch employees.
∎ To ensure Monthly leave report preparation & sending to HRD.
∎ Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
∎ Ensure customer support from branch. Handle customer feedback and complaints.
∎ Assess market conditions and identify current and prospective business opportunities.

∎ Ability to take challenges, meet targets and achieve goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Proven track record
∎ In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
