About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead operations, drive student recruitment growth, and manage the counselling team at our Dhaka office. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, extensive experience in international student consultancy, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily branch operations efficiently.

• Supervise and support the counselling and admissions team.

• Develop strategies to increase student recruitment and business growth.

• Ensure excellent counselling service and student satisfaction.

• Build relationships with universities, partners, and stakeholders.

• Monitor team performance and achieve branch targets.

• Stay updated on international education policies, visa regulations, and market trends.

• Conduct training sessions and mentor junior counsellors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from any recognized university.

• 4–7 years of experience in educational consultancy or international student recruitment.

• Previous leadership or team management experience is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Sound knowledge of Australia, UK, Malaysia, and New Zealand, all around world admission and visa processes.

• Target-driven mindset with strong organizational abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
