- Strong understanding of the home decor industry, including familiarity with working with architects and interior designers.

Responsibilities & Context: Job Summary:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of two branches, from leading the sales team to delivering sales targets, providing an excellent customer experience, and establishing solid relationships with architects and interior designers. This role is critical to ensuring our brand is consistently represented with excellence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Branch Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations for two branches, ensuring smooth processes, stock management, and a high standard of presentation.
- Sales Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Develop strategies to drive revenue and increase client satisfaction.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring personalized service and attention to detail. Be responsive to client needs and maintain our brand’s premium positioning.
- Professional Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for architects and interior designers, facilitating collaborations that enhance our product offerings within client spaces.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the sales team, fostering a positive and performance-driven culture.
- Reporting and Accountability: Report on branch performance, sales metrics, and team achievements. Develop action plans to address any shortfalls and identify areas for growth.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior management to plan and execute strategic goals, aligning branch activities with overall business objectives.
JOB NATURE:
- Full-Time (Retail standard 10am to 8.00pm and Holiday will be Sunday)
