Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and coordinate all showroom activities.
∎ Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and visually appealing.
∎ Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
∎ Responsibilities
∎ Lead, mentor, and manage showroom staff to achieve optimal performance.
∎ Maintain an organized and attractive product display.
∎ Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
∎ Analyze sales data and generate reports to improve sales strategies.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
∎ Proven experience as a showroom manager or in a similar retail management role.

∎ Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop action plans to improve performance.
