∎ A renown Fashion House is looking for an experienced, smart, energetic, ambitious and challenging person to achieve company`s goal through sales & development.
∎ Job Location : Baily Road, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work till shop opening to closing time and 7days as per market opening policy.
∎ Maintain accounts, stock, Product display, sale team, sale and billing, sales development related all activates.
∎ Motivation sales team, achieving sales target.
∎ Prepare & Implement Business plans & Marketing Strategies as per company policy.
∎ Developing ideas & strategies for further development of business opportunities
∎ Regular Customer follows up.
∎ Nursing, maintain good and long term relationship with the customers.
∎ Promotion of business at large through business analysis
∎ Meet the objectives and targets of the concern sales and marketing department.
∎ Explore Strategic, Technical and Commercial scopes, feasibility analysis, forecasting and prepare short term and long-term Business plan
∎ Prepare daily work report as well as closing report at the weekend, monthly & yearly.
∎ Lead and Monitor the Sales and solve related problem.
∎ Manage existing and potential customers via personal sales, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Train and develop the junior colleagues.
∎ To maintain, coordinate and monitor Shop and sales related all activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 3 Years experience as a branch manager in any renown fashion house
∎ Males and female are allowed to apply
∎ Must Have Good Command in English Speaking and writing
∎ Should have sound computer proficiency especially in MS Office Package and sale software.
Salary: Negotiable
