∎ Honor's degree in any discipline (Minimum). MBA in Marketing (Get preference)
Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
∎ To build and maintain strong/long-lasting customer relationships.
∎ To set and achieve yearly sales targets across the product line. (Using sales KPI).
∎ To conduct Market research & develop Sales plan.
∎ To conduct review meetings to monitor progress and take corrective actions as required.
∎ To track and report in CRM on a daily basis and responsible for brand promotion and lead conversions and to direct market channel development activity.
∎ Responsible for post sales services and client relationship management.
∎ To develop and implement strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
∎ To ensure effective control of marketing results and maintenance of designated budgets.
∎ To oversee and evaluate market research and to train, develop & lead Sales Team.
∎ To collaborate with operations to achieve business goals.
∎ To foster customer relationship and to establish good relationships with decision makers / influencers and key persons of various business associates.
∎ To direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
∎ To provide inputs for preparation of annual business plan.
∎ To generate monthly reports for presenting Director sir which highlights: Target vs achievement, Reasons for Shortfall (if applicable), SWOT analysis etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing.
∎ At least 5 (Five) years in IT and Computer/Computer related Sales and marketing.
∎ MS Office (MS Excel, MS word and MS Power Point are mandatory), and basic networking.
∎ Proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, responsible, attentive to detail, accountable & professional.
∎ Competitive attitude with a drive to succeed and able to motive sales team.
∎ Superior problem-solving ability, Innovative, forward thinker.
