∎ Master's degree in any discipline (Minimum). MBA in Marketing (Get preference).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
∎ To build and maintain strong/long-lasting customer relationships.
∎ To set and achieve yearly sales targets across the product line. (Using sales KPI).
∎ To conduct Market research & develop Sales plan.
∎ To conduct review meetings to monitor progress and take corrective actions as required.
∎ To represent the company at various events like trade shows, mill-weeks and meetings.
∎ To creating and accurately managing the sales pipeline in CRM system.
∎ To track and report in CRM on a daily basis.
∎ Should map potential customers and generate leads.
∎ Responsible for brand promotion and lead conversions.
∎ Responsible for post sales services and client relationship management.
∎ To develop and implement strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
∎ To plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
∎ To ensure effective control of marketing results and maintenance of designated budgets.
∎ To oversee and evaluate market research.
∎ To direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
∎ To direct market channel development activity.
∎ To train, develop & lead Sales Team.
∎ To foster customer relationship and to establish good relationships with decision makers / influencers and key persons of various business associates.
∎ To disseminate company's culture and values in the Sales team.
∎ To collaborate with operations to achieve business goals.
∎ To provide inputs for preparation of annual business plan.
∎ To be good and friendly with SKU wise target vs achievement.
∎ To generate monthly reports for presenting Director sir and Chairman Sir which highlights: Target vs Achieved Sales, Reasons for Shortfall (if applicable), SWOT analysis etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing.
∎ At least 12 (Twelve) years in IT & Computer related marketing. But at least 3-5 years' experience must be needed as a GM in a reputed IT & Computer/ Computer Accessories Company.
∎ MS Office (MS Excel, MS word and MS Power Point are mandatory), and basic networking.
∎ 12+ years of sales management experience in Electronics/Home Appliance industries.
∎ Proven track record of results and exceeding sales goals with a must-win attitude
∎ Proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, responsible, attentive to detail, accountable, professional, relentless work ethic.
∎ Competitive attitude with a drive to succeed.
∎ Able to motive sales team.
∎ Superior problem-solving ability, Innovative, forward thinker.
∎ Excellent phone skills, proven presentation/demonstration, and tons of charisma.
∎ Expertise and experience in prospecting, presenting and closing deals.
∎ Exceptional creativity and demonstrable history of idea development.
∎ Dynamic presentation ability.
∎ A solid knowledge of sales funnels, building sales strategy and increasing sales pipeline.
∎ Demonstrated customer relationship management, organization and time management skills.
∎ History of gaining access to high-level decision makers.
∎ Proven experience as General Manager or National Sales Manager or should have strong leadership capability & team building efficiency.
∎ Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
∎ Good with numbers and financial planning.
