Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Issuing invoice & delivery of products from store.
∎ Petty Cash Management (Disbursement & Reimbursement).
∎ Credit Administration: Monitoring through letters, email, SMS & phone calls to customers.
∎ Banking: Deposit of Cheque and collection of clearing information on daily basis.
∎ Processing Employee expense report, verifying expenses are within the company guidelines.
∎ Company credit and reconciliations and communication for obtaining supporting documentation.
∎ Maintaining VAT Books (Mushak-16, 17 & Issuing Mushak-11 with each invoice).
∎ Submission of monthly Return (Mushak-19).
∎ Analyze Sales & Collection on a monthly basis.
∎ Preparation of monthly Collection & Deposit reconciliations statements.
∎ Maintain Cash Book (Ledger) & Sales Ledger with daily update for audit.
∎ Maintain warranty & sample goods movement records.
∎ Counting stock physically on monthly basis.
∎ Prepare Daily position, Sales Ledger, Party Credit Statement, Attendance register, Daily MIS Report, Secondary Sales Report.
∎ Yearly Budget Preparation (Branch Level Operational Budget).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong computer proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word
Salary: Negotiable
