Education:
- Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Mechanical/ Electrical, or related disciplines.
Certification in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or other BIM software is preferred.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
Strong understanding of 3D modeling, clash detection, and coordination workflows.
Experience in integrating architecture, structure, and MEP models.
Competence in developing parametric families and templates.
Expertise in cloud-based collaboration platforms.
Experience in developing BIM execution plans (BEP).
Understanding of 4D/5D BIM implementation.
Responsibilities & Context:
Integrate BIM with cost estimation (5D BIM) and construction scheduling (4D BIM) for enhanced project planning.
Lead the implementation of BIM processes, ensuring alignment with SHL’s digital transformation strategy.
Develop and maintain BIM models for commercial and residential projects, integrating architecture, structure, and MEP systems.
Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows within SHL projects.
Manage clash detection and resolution processes, ensuring seamless integration of multidisciplinary design elements.
Supervise and mentor the in-house BIM Modelers, fostering continuous learning and skill development.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and design consultants to optimize BIM usage for design coordination and construction planning.
Develop and update BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific BIM guidelines.
Ensure compliance with industry BIM standards, project-specific requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct training programs to enhance BIM proficiency among project teams and other stakeholders.
