Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Billing Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining appropriate and professional behavior towards patients and clients.
∎ Your main tasks will include data entry based on prescriptions and patient requirements, ensuring proper cash management for billing and invoicing, cash reconciliation, and handover to authorized individuals or places.
∎ You will also be responsible for maintaining a serial system as per PDCL policies, providing patient preparation instructions, directing patients to the appropriate rooms for tests and specimens, and providing information to patients and clients about medical services and prices.
∎ Additionally, you will engage in discussions with patients and clients regarding bills and address their queries over the phone and in person.
∎ Effective communication and coordination with internal departments are essential, and you may be assigned other reasonable tasks by PDCL authorities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 01 Year (Highly encouraged if you have prior experience in the billing section of a diagnostic or hospital)
