Identify high-value projects and target the right clients.
Write and review high-converting proposals and estimates.
Handle advanced client communication, negotiations, and deal closure.
Coordinate closely with developers/designers for accurate scope, pricing, and timelines.
Train and manage junior bidders.
Track KPIs, conversion rates, and improve bidding performance.
Maintain top platform ratings, response time, and compliance.
