∎ Planning menus
∎ Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety
∎ Producing staff roaster
∎ Handling customer inquiries and complaints
∎ Greeting and advising customers
∎ Assessing and improving profitability
∎ Cash management
∎ Attendance management for all staff
∎ Kitchen staff & service staff management
∎ Customer handling
∎ Speak and interact with new and old guest
