Responsibilities & Context:
About the Role
We're a UK-based commercial laundry business looking for a top-notch sales professional. You'll win new business clients across the UK, including hotels, short-term rentals, restaurants, gyms and care homes, and keep them for the long term.
Shift: UK hours, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK time)
What You'll Do
- Find and cold-call UK businesses and pitch our laundry services to owners and decision-makers
- Generate leads through calls, email outreach and research
- Understand each client's needs, handle objections, negotiate and close deals
- Follow up consistently so that no lead goes cold
- Build lasting relationships and stay in regular contact with existing clients
- Update the sales pipeline and CRM daily, tracking every call, follow-up and conversion
- Hit monthly sales targets
